Seneca County Council on Homelessness is a 501c3 and is led by a Board of Directors. Their mission is to create an infrastructure and culture that will transform people’s lives from dependency to self-sufficiency.

The Transformation Life Center is a Seneca County Council on Homelessness program that provides emergency housing for women and children in Seneca County. It offers assistance to women, frequently homeless, as they move from dependency into independent, self-sufficient lifestyles. The Transformation Life Center will also link their clients to resources, and provide life skills, and budgeting classes.
